Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of the purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (eg food, flowers or plants), customized products (eg special orders or personal items) and personal care items (eg e.g. beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on rea goods or gift cards.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
