Payment and prices

All quoted prices include VAT (25% Sweden) and are in SEK. Prices may be changed during the check-out procedure due to various taxes in the country in which you live.

Shipping and delivery costs are added to the checkout and the total cost will be displayed there.

We aim to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices displayed on this website are accurate, however errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods that you ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to confirm your order at this price or give you the opportunity to cancel the purchase. If we do not get in touch with you in this matter, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Delivery with Klarna Selector
    for deliveries within Sweden.
  • Delivery within 2-10 days if we have the product at home.
  • Delivery between 3-6 weeks if the product is manufactured in the factory.
  • Delivery takes place to the nearest extradition point.

Conditions for delivery are also stated in the checkout under the respective delivery method. If an article has a different delivery time, it is stated next to the respective article. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you of this by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from any compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays. 

Byte

You can replace an item for a different size or color, but not for another product. If we cannot give you the size or color you need, you will be contacted and offered a refund of your money.
When changing t.e.x. color or size, you stand for the return cost of the item you want to replace.

14 days open purchase

We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.

If you, as a customer, have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the article being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value of the article from the amount to be refunded. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

Returns take place at your own expense, except in cases where the item is defective or if we have packed errors. Returns should be sent as letters or packages, not against post-deficit.

Refund

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the article as soon as or no later than within 30 days of the date on which we received the article. You may pay the return costs yourself when you return the article.
